My Jeep Grand Cherokee had a recall on the ABS brakes, I called in for an appointment. Made the appointment and was told when I showed up that I had no appointment. Very uncaring staff, got turned away, very rude. Then I was informed that the part needed for these ABS recalls was limited, in other words no parts to even do the recall. Go elsewhere for your service !
I had a wonderful experience with sales and finance dept. JP, Bryan and Nick we all great and very helpful as I was purchasing a new vehicle.
I came here to get new tires and a spark plug change . And now my engine has serious problems . I got it back the first time after spark plug change and the truck was shaking and running extremely rough with the engine light on I took it back and I was told it was damaged during repair but now they have it fixed . It is not I have the same exact problem happening again . Also about the purchased tires , the parts department didn’t make a record of what tires I was ordering so not recommending that service . I took my jeep for inspection I received a call saying I need wider blades, I told them we just replaced them I was told they would not pass it, we could buy wipers but they had to put them on.A few days earlier the car wash malfunctioned and the brushes got stuck on my windshield and washed my car twice so I had extra residue from the car wash on my windshield I told them that, no one cared I kept my other wipers there isn't anything wrong with them I was charged 49.84 plus 48.00 labor for something I didn't need!!
