Needed recalls fixed on my Jeep Patriot after getting the run-around for 2 months from a different dealership. Mike Kelly CJDR got me in on a day that worked best for me, and had me in and out in about 2 hours whereas the other dealership told me the repairs would take an entire day and I would have to leave the car with them. The lady at the service desk was very helpful and super friendly. Thanks, everyone!
Didn't realize Scheidenmantle was sold to Mike Kelly until I went in recently for an oil change. Prices on everything jumped and staff seemed a bit rude. I've been going to scheidenmantle for years. It was nice having a dealer I could trust. Now I'm going to have to find another dealer to go to. Won't be returning. I have no idea why it's so tough to find a good dealership in NW PA. (Stay away from Greenville Dodge as well)
We called the service department for an appointment for a new Dodge Ram with 35000 miles on it still under warranty. Check engine light was on codes were reading oil pump. Service was very rude and couldn’t even get the truck in for 2 months. Called the Dodge dealership in New Castle and got taken care of immediately. Purchased three vehicles from their under the previous ownership, will not be buying from them for sure now.
