I recently visited the Sceidemantle dealership to look for a new Jeep and I spoke with a salesmen by the name of Justin Journey. Even though what I was looking for wasn't on their lot he took time to ask me questions about what I was looking for. I wish there were more salesmen like Justin. He is kind and respectful he didn't try and push me into something I wasn't interested in. Instead he took the time to listen to me. I took my jeep for inspection I received a call saying I need wider blades, I told them we just replaced them I was told they would not pass it, we could buy wipers but they had to put them on.A few days earlier the car wash malfunctioned and the brushes got stuck on my windshield and washed my car twice so I had extra residue from the car wash on my windshield I told them that, no one cared I kept my other wipers there isn't anything wrong with them I was charged 49.84 plus 48.00 labor for something I didn't need!!
