Extremely disappointed with how my concern was handled. I brought my nearly new Jeep in because it develops a violent wobble at highway speeds, to the point where the entire vehicle shakes and I nearly lost control. Instead of treating this like the serious safety concern that it is, I was told it was due to the “soft sidewalls” of the tires and that I would need to replace the tires myself because they aren’t covered under the factory warranty.
