They lied about our insurance being in-network. We were looking for a new dentist and looked online with the insurance and their address showed up as in-network. We called to verify and after collecting our insurance info, they said yes, we were fully covered. Yet, AFTER the appointment, we got a bill for $140. We called and the billing person said "oh, Humana is never in-network". So why did the front office person even have to check?? She had all the info. RecommendedMy experience with having two teeth - with an old filling and I think another tooth had an old crown - prepared for new crowns, was wonderful. Yes, wonderful! It felt like Dr. Scheich has everything down to a science. I am a very nervous patient and have been to the dentist more times than I can possibly count.
