I complained of very dry eyes, uncomfortable contact lenses, and blurred vision. Dr. Scheffective examined my eyes and declared that I had whorls on my corneas, that my corneas were oddly shaped. End of diagnosis. Treatment: use more artificial tears. After years of additional suffering, was properly diagnosed by other doctors, with a type of corneal dystrophy and Sjogren's disease.
