Great service as always! Josie B in the running shoes section was polite and patient, and she was very knowledgeable about which motion control shoes would be the best for my feet. Give that girl a raise, seriously, great customer service. Thanks for making one part of my marathon training easier!

I have to say, the customer service was above expectations. After a silly mistake on Scheel's part (that in all honesty, I should have caught) required me to make an extra 60 mile trip, they exceeded my request for resolution. Kudos to Chad and Charles for excellence and coolness (after I had lost mine) in a sticky situation. I will definitely continue to shop at Scheels, and recommend them to others. Thank you for your excellent service.

We missed the festival so I took my son to Scheels to ride the Ferris wheel, went bowling, ate gelato, saw dory and nemo fish, played at the indoor play area, target shoot, we had a blast, even got to work on our golf game. So much to do plus we got to get our new shoes too. We stayed until it closed but we will be back soon!! Plus we found a painted rock outside at one of the statues.
