I love that Scheels is dog friendly. Employees know my pups by name and love when they visit. I was in last weekend and noticed cross trainers were on sale. An employee held my dog so I could try on shoes. I really appreciate the extra help so I could take advantage of the sale that was ending the next day. This wasn't the first time an associate helped with one of my dogs so I could try on shoes. Another reason why all my tennis shoes come from Scheels.
Awesome just best fun� of my life grandson has a blast
In my adult (?) life (LOL - 72 yrs old now), I thoroughly enjoyed Bass Pro & Cabela's big stores. Scheels found a great niche in exercise & sports equipment, clothing and their assorted items. No big Scheels stores are East of Springfield, IL and 20+ are located westward ... much worth a visit of a few hours and can even eat lunch there (like Subway).
I love this store. The associates really make an effort to help and make you feel welcome. Awesome variety for everyone.

My daughter had alot of fun! I think prices are a little steep but they do pricematch! Would love to See them have a freshwater fish exhibit like bass pro shops.
