I really like visiting this store......they have just about everything you can think of there.
I usually love going to scheels but this time was the worst service I have ever had from anywhere I went in to see what they could do about the small hole in my shoe since I've only had them for 3 months I go to the shoe Dept he told me to go speak to a supervisor up front so I did when he got up there he was rude from beginning to end then he told me to go back to the shoe Dept I told him what the supervisor told me and he was also rude and pushy so from now on I will NEVER go back to scheels in my lifetime and I will be te... read more

Today was our first visit. This place is huge, clean and well stocked. My son was looking for a new bat. Drew "volunteered" to be his personal shopper. He patiently followed my 11 year old around the store showing us merchandise and answering all our questions. My son had a blast! Got a new bat and some other baseball stuff. I like the layout of the store and all it has to offer everyone! There is so much variety in each department. I also like that I can bring my dog in and do some training and he gets to meet so many nice employees and customers. There are some prices that are a little high for me but I normally can find an equivalent item in a lower price range. We will be back.
