I have to say Scheels impressed me with their customer service. I ordered a jacket through their special ordering system. When it arrived to me it was dirty and someone had worn it and returned it. I was upset in the moment and returned it and didn’t think anything about not having a winter coat. To my surprise my husband returned to the store without me on a mission to find another one for me.
