I was Christmas shopping today at Scheels in Lincoln and got home without one of my sacks. I called and Aaron at Customer Service was very very helpful and tracked it down for me finding on the bench I sat down at while waiting for my son. He made several calls to me to help track it done. He was so nice about helping me! 5 stars!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love to look at all the new clothing. Love the Christmas section, so many ideas for decorating. The entrance with the fish is very mesmerizing, oh and the fudge, WOW!

One of the main attractions in the location is the Ferris wheel. The problem is that I have been waiting in lunge for more than 30 minutes and I am only half way through the line and the wheel is only half full. And no one seems to know why they are only filling half of the seats.

Steven, thank you for your feedback! We are still trying to find the perfect balance of how to best load the wheel and get customers on and off in a timely manner. When we fully load each cart on the wheel, it takes 50 minutes for a customer to go around a handful of times! When half loaded, it takes closer to 25 minutes, which seems to be a pretty perfect ride time for most of our customers. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. My husband and I brought our daughter here last Saturday night to ride the Farris wheel for the first time in her life. She is 2 1/2 years old and 36 inches tall so just barely tall enough to ride it. We were extremely disappointed that after standing in line for at least 20 minutes the lady working there wouldn't let her ride because she said she was too short, even though her head was touching the 36 inch measuring stick. This employee was very rude about it and said "she is too short, she can't ride. get out of line!" My ... read more
