Scheels has amazing customer service! I bought a product from them 2 years ago that didn’t live up to expectations and fell apart. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I went into Scheels and they worked with me to replace it when they really didn’t have to. It’s not easy to find great customer service these days. Thanks!

There is nothing this store will not do for their customers and their community. The customer service and experience you get at Scheels is by far the best part about their store! We love all Scheels but especially our hometown one.
Im a big fan of Scheels. The store is exactly what active american outdoors enthusiests need from skiing to jogging to ice fishing to pheasant hunting. Im a veteran, hunter and outdoor adventurer. I encourage Scheels to follow the leadership of Walmart, Dicks, Delta and First National Bank. Dont sell assault rifle style guns and dont sell any guns to anyone under age 21.
Really like Sheels, but have dropped my Sheels credit card since the First National Bank in Omaha disconnected itself from the National Rifle Association. Probably go to Cabelas or Bass Pro now.
Very awesome experience even though I hate shopping normally! Sierra helped me find stuff I needed was extremely helpful, kind, and not pushy! �
