Not only do they offer a wide selection of different sports of all types, but their staff is also very helpful in helping you with any questions you might have about anything you might want to know. They offer great service and repair work as well. They also offer a wide selection of clothing, and footwear with good sales so be sure to give them a chance next time your in the market.
last minute help with a smile I recently dug out my volleyball to find that it was in need of air. I had some other errands to run, so I decided to take the ball with as well. Apparently scheels doesn't have the best hours on Saturday...I thought they would be open until 9pm, as most major stores are, but they closed at 7pm...I believe it was. Had a great experience with the archery department on Sunday November 10th. The manager helped get my bow exchanged. The young man helped get my new one all set up. They also let me shoot a ton to help get it sighted in. Even gave me tips for starting out. I can’t remember their names but the archery manager and the young man working yesterday afternoon were amazing!!
Typically I have a good experience at the Grand Forks Scheels. Today was the exception. I found a jacket that I was ready to purchase, and was told by a sales rep that it was in stock. After 20 minutes of looking for the jacket they couldn’t find it. They left me wondering around the store and never went to find me. I will not be shopping at this establishment ever again.
My daughter and I went in to do some shopping and she loves the playground and bowling areas so we always have to to both while we are there. We went to bowl and realized it wasn’t keeping score or changing frames so a worker told us we could just keep bowling until we were tired. Then another worker came over and they tried to fix it for us, totally not a big deal my kid was having fun regardless. Every experience I and my family have at Scheels is a wonderful one all the employees are very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about every thing we ask and they share their own experience as well. We only get our hockey skates sharpened at Scheels and we get all our winter gear from Scheels as well with 4 kids it all last and is durable as well. Scheels is great for school shopping as well you can get everything you need from cloths, to shoes and back packs.
Great experience today! Came in to get my bicycle tuned up. John did a terrific job and was able to answer all my questions and suggested future service. Hey John, Thank you and I got my bicycle back to TRF before it rained! Also want to thank Sarah, Breanna, and Nova for all their help today!
Awesome service today. Reached out to customer care because 5 weeks ago we bought a traeger grill. Well now they have a special with free gifts with a purchase of a grill. After a few questions from customer care she reached out to the Grand Forks scheels. Within ten minutes I got a call from the manager telling me to come pick up the free items.
