I'll tell you what I first went here years ago to have a Ankle Orthotic made for me and I have to say their staff Is second to none. My spouse needed a double knee replacement and before she had the surgery. She had to wear braces on her knees. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate her to make sure she was comfortable. Thank you girls and guys! Your top notch In my book!👍
As a 1st time patient to now, keep in mind my appointment occur in Dec. 18, 2023, its been a horrible experience. Lack of information, lack of ownership and no customer service skills. I work in a healthcare facility and this small clinic is so disorganize and no proper communication. Upon arrival according to the receptionist my daughter visit was not on the schedule but keep in mind I received an email and text confirmation and a call prior to the visit.
