The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. We called to have our pool opened and cleaned swim ready. After speaking with owner who just happen to pick up the phone when I called, we made the appointment. Carter came to take off the cover and get the filter set up. First, they went to the wrong house and opened my neighbor’s pool. I should have known then that this was going to be a nightmare.
