Great Sales experience Dimitar immediately greeted us at the door and although I was somewhat unpleasant, he took us for many test drives and walked back and forth from "managers" who apparently did not have legs to walk over to us. Teach them how to be more customer oriented please, not your salesmen. I appreciate Dimitar's assistance and he made it a pleasant experience.
Customer Service My family purchased two automobiles from this location. We bought a Civic DX and an Accord. We felt that we got ripped off on both the cars. The service was not the greatest either. I had an oil change done and took my car in for more than one of the services and they were not very helpful. It was very expensive for maintenance as well.
Easy to work with! I bought a 2007 Honda Crv from Schaumburg Honda. My salesperson Mike Gargano helped us find a beautiful blue color Crv. He is very patient, knowledge and professional... It was a pleasure to do business with him.. Very happy and like the new car very much. Of course will referral friends to this dealership.
Best Service So happy with my new Honda Civic lease. We leased through Schaumburg Honda. The staff is so nice there. They we able give me more car and the color i wanted for less monthly payment. Roger Mogle was our lease consultant. He made all this possible for me. Will be going back to schaumburg honda when my lease is done.
