August 16, 2018: Quarterly Teeth Cleaning. Melanie - Dental Technician, is organized. She is cheerful and settles me down in the dental seat within two minutes of my appointment time. She asks the few "customer questions" to update the electronic DENTAL file kept for each patient. She explains the processes and instruments she is using to complete my cleaning. Very good job by hygenist in terms of cleaning, polishing teeth and advice for best results going forward. Dentist did very well by checking thoroughly for any abnormalities and addressing a recent sensation when I chew hard foods.
