I was so emotional trying to get my sister cremated. After speaking with Shawn regarding the services that were offered; I told my Mom & she was OK with everything so we chose her Urn, they moved forward to get the death certificate, etc. Mom & I are so very happy with your services. My brother in law passed away on June first and was sent to this place by an outside family member who had no right to send him here and our experience with these people was HORRIBLE!!! If you dont have lots of money to spend DO NOT GO HERE!! Process seemed easy enough til they met the family and realized we were brokies. Never the less we should've been treated the same. When I have been paralyzed by grief, he helps me take baby steps and removes barriers. He uses his expertise to make an unbearable situation more manageable.
