Nothing derogatory found in background checks performed. Have had rep out for written roofing estimate and is in the price range but no complaints or problems can I locate versus other firms I have contacted that are not BBB accredited either or actually are on Angies List / Home Advisor. So far so good.
I've used Schaper Roofing for years. They installed installed a rubberized roof on my two downtown buildings about 17 years ago. They lasted well for these many years. Over the years, with the Florida Sun, they have had some small issues. I have been happy with their service on many occasions. Today, I had a leak in one of the buildings and they came out the same day to take care of it. I couldn't ask for better service and quality.
I had a positive experience with this roofing business in 2015. They showed up when promised and did good work. I am now calling them again for another job. The BB B is a hoax and a leech upon society because it is a for profit entity. Schaper is a good choice for small jobs, can't say about large projects.
