Melisa did s superb job, very professional! We lived out of state and were looking for a home in the area. It took us almost a year to find something my wife and I could agree on and a few trips, but she patiently helped us zero in on homes that met our criteria. Once we found the "one" she helped us get an offer accepted under list price and got us some additional concessions on seller credits.
