I visited for the 1st time because none of the other dentist would even discuss my issue. I actually sent Dr. Williams an e-mail few years ago and he responded. I didn't get to see Dr. Williams, but the dentist I did see was very through and didn't ignore my problem (which many have in the past)!!! It felt great not to be ignored about a legitimate concern.
