I had a very disappointing experience with Schafer Electric. The final cost of the project ended up being THREE TIMES what it should have been, significantly exceeding the expectations set at the start. Throughout the process, the communication was poor. I was rarely kept in the loop regarding the timeline or the mounting costs. The owner is rude. To make matters worse, the actual quality of the work was inept.
