Schafer is responsive, reliable and professional. They have the best techs, Travis is our favorite. He is knowledgeable, professional, proficient, and super super nice!!!
Shaun did such an excellent job hanging my patio fan. There were a lot of issues to deal with but he dealt with them superbly. Highly recommend!
All of our GFI circuits began cycling on and off rapidly, for no apparent reason! Schafer was able to send us a technician (Travis, whom we later learned had come in on his day off to respond) within a few hours. He patiently worked through the issues, replaced several GFI circuits, and we have had zero problems since then. Thanks Schafer and Travis!
