NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION! Unprofessional, unreliable. Should have known better. I have called several times and came up to the location twice in the last week to find the office closed or empty during the "SUPPOSED" business hours. If your employee was on the grounds or at lunch, it would be nice if they were professional and considerate enough to note that SOMEWHERE. Although, the location was convenient for me, I don't feel they value their customers and don't care if they waste your time.
