Top notch dentist I have been going to see Dr. Schaefer for the past 20 years, and I can't say enough good about him. He is always upbeat and friendly. Any time that I go into the office, he knows my name without having to look at my chart. I like that little attention to detail! What I really like is that he does a really good job at helping me maintain my teeth. I have never had any problems with any of the work done to my teeth. His work is excellent!

When scheduling the appointment I was clear on my beliefs about the dangers of fluoride. I was told this would not be a problem. During the appointment I was pressured and belittled by both the dentist and a receptionist because of my belief. I also noticed they do not use disposable covers over the light handle and other equipment they frequently touch while doing dental procedures and the floor around the chair and the parts that were clearly visible under equipment were disgusting and very dirty. My visit went well. Had 2 fillings. Hardly felt the numbing shot in my gum. He is not a full service dentist. No extractions, or root canals. Thats the only problem with him. The one girl answers the phone can be quite grumpy. She was to call when she knew what i'd have to pay and i had to call 3 days later. He's a nice dentist and gentle as a dentist can be.

I am an elderly woman and have lots of trouble getting around. Dr. Schaefer and his hygienist, Abby were wondedrful, helpfull and kind. I will continue to go there. Helen

The only reason this business even received one star is because I was forced to choose a rating. If it were up to me, I would choose a -* or two. The reason for this decision was for several reasons. One, when I discovered that the company incorrectly told me that my insurance was accepted, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of performing some level of good customer care, they decided to hang up on me on the phone because I had several questions regarding this and they were ready to go home for night! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Dr. Schaefer and his staff are awesome. He is very gentle and devotes his full attention to his patients.
