No hot water. SCG had a plumber here within 15 mins( think they were in the area but still) . Quick diagnosis with a temp fix, as advised it didn’t last long. Samuel and Jacob arrived exactly on time Monday morning, professional and courteous. The boiler was replaced with a full replacement of the gas pipe( our roof space is not pleasant!) , no fuss! Great service from start to finish.

I have these guys come out to do a few reno installations & repairs at my house & I have nothing but good things to say about them. From making the bookings with Chloe, to the guys that come out to do the job, the whole process is seamless. They are very reasnobly priced, the work done is high quality & they can always fit you in within a good time frame. Thanks heaps SCG.

If I could give less stars I would. Organised for plumber to come in to fix tap in bathroom. Always have had the owner come in, this time two very young guys arrived.Fixed the nut under the tap in the sink cupboard. I asked have you checked the other sink, said they had. Bit strange had to move everything out under the sink to get to nut on original tap on sink Nothing moved in the other sink which was left still loose. Left the bathroom dirty. Really poor plumbing. Came to replace my instant water heater within 2 hours of talking to them on the phone, where other companies were telling me I would have wait 2 days just for a quote..very good work at a resonable price.
