I am a firm believer in keeping our money within our groups as in our native culture. I spent over $200. I did not know I was receiving a discount for a back-to-school program when I was 42 years old when I bought them and then I went to take my glasses back after I was told and purchased a one year warranty to only be told it's not valid. Honestly, the care for customers use to be amazing here and now it’s just garbage. Would just go somewhere else where you actually receive great service. The lack of communication and caring for their patients is none existent here

I personally LOVE one of the eye doctors! She did more than amazing and wonderful, with my toddler! She did much better, than the one we had there last year! I only took a star off, because one of the front desk ladies isn’t that good at customer service. She didn’t treat us good. She just kept talking to her co-workers, while I was trying to get everything I needed. None of them didn’t update me or anything. They just assumed I knew all the steps, I guess. However, there is a man at front desk and he is amazing! He deserves... read more
