Awesome customer service at the La Villita location. My sister and I were waiting for the store to open as we drank coffee. It wasn't scheduled to open until 10, but a gentleman who I believe is one of the owners opened the store early just for us to go in. It was awesome, I highly recommend this store.

Scentchips is an AMAZING company. All employees are knowledgable and ready to help. I recently had an issue with my new plug in touch lamp (warmer). Associate named Kelsey was understanding and sympathetic to my situation, took down my name and address, and sent me a brand new one FREE OF CHARGE. They are such a customer service organization and I couldn't be more happy with the service received. Oh and btw, my favorite sent is 'The Male Room'.

We had an extremely poor experience at the retail location in San Antonio. The credit card machine was broken and after waiting for half an hour as they tried to fix it, they finally determined we needed to go to a restaurant nearby to pay using their machine. They then informed us that we could not take the items with us, nor could they run our card over the phone. Our only choice was to run around in circles, to their sister location and then back to their shop after our patient waiting to buy their product. We were a fami... read more

Found scentchips kind of on accident when visiting the christmas site in fredericksburg. It is nice to know that the main store is where I live in San Antonio. Will be visiting. Got the butterfly warmer and a mix of ocean and rain scent. Smells awesome and only need to leave on long enough to melt. Smells good for awhile after that and you don't need a whole lot of the chips. Want to get a couple more combo mixes - probably a different spa mix and something in the spicy family and maybe another warmer. Like the touch control... read more

I discovered Scentchips in Mesilla, NM. My husband and I have made some amazing combos & our whole house smells GREAT!! I love having the ability to choose my own scent combos, as well as having some great pre-made combos. We're loving Happy Camper right now!!
