The smells are so fantastic. We try to go to San Antonio once a year and this is a must every single time. So much variety and the shop is so cute! The owner was extremely helpful and kind and made us a blend on the spot.
Wouldn't buy from your company in New Zealand and wouldn't recommend becoming an agent with your company due to your agents poor attitude towards her reps.

I visited the store in Naples Florida at tin city. The smell was wonderful. So I bought some along with my mom and daughter in law. We have not had good luck with this product..i have a warmer I've tried mine in and can't smell anything. My mom used hers for potpori and she can't smell anything either...so disappointed.

I can guarantee we are one of the strongest wax melts in the industry! Your warmer may have a bulb that does not get hot enough to melt your Scentchips. My absolute favorite place for home fragrance!! I found this adorable shop when I lived in San Antonio 9 years ago! Since then I have stayed a customer even having scentchips mailed to Canada!! LOVE!
