I was treated fairly. & with respect. The nurses were well educated regarding my diagnosis. They followed the Dr.’ s instructions to the Letter! she
Waited with a family member in your ER today. Liked the doc he was good. Sad that we had to hear about all of your nurses sexual activities. They were quite loud as they sat at their desk. Very innapropriate.
Would like to thank nurse and Dr Nair (ER) for taking good care of my 93 yr old mother. You rolled out the red carpet for mother . I went in expecting the worst from staff but the compassion you showed for mom was amazing! Please continue to be the example on how we must take care of our precious elderly no matter race , sex or income! (Insurance, no Insurance they deserve the respect and care they all deserve! Well done Scenic Mt!

So thankful that we have a community hospital that is breaking barriers and bringing service lines that will help eliminate the travel. Great providers, friendly staff and compassionate care provided. I really appreciate administration for having an open door policy when it comes to suggestions, concerns and opportunities.

Took my son in for possible rib fx from football. Signed in and both receptionists were awesome, as we were sitting down got called back. Our nurse, jonathon, was super friendly. The NP, Bobby, was quick & thorough. Stacy the xray tech was quick as well. We were in & out pretty quick. Luckily no fx just a contusion. This is 4th time to the ER since we have moved back to BS in 09. Every time has been a terrific visit with no issues. I always hear that our ER is bad and that I should go else where, but until I'm proven wrong I... read more
