Recommended5stars I had a lower turbo hose going to my intercooler blow out on my F350 going up 77 to Fancy Gap KOA pulling my 3 axel Raptor 5th wheel. I patched it and made it up the mountain to the campground. I called the parts department at Scenic Ford and those guys went far beyond what they had to do. They had the hose in stock and sent it to me with a delivery driver and I swapped it out and was back up in less than 2hrs!!! These guys are great!!! My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience! From start to finish the process was easy and stress free. Rick Brandon was the associate that helped us and he was fantastic....he listened to what I was looking for and was not pushy. He did what it took to get us out the door in my 2017 Explorer. The sales process was fine. But I was told they would clean my truck up if I brought it back during the week (due to it was the weekend). I brought it back and when I picked it up I was totally disappointed in the cleanup job. I asked that all the stickers and front Scenic plate be taken off. Well that didn't happen.
