I'm here right now and is having my 09 escape worked on other then havng it cost me 230$. There's a guy in a striped red shirt running around that's cussing people .
This 5* goes out to the service department. I recently bought a ford truck from another dealership(1st mistake), then after having truck an hour, it breaks down. Upon retrieving my truck from another dealership that was supposed to fix the problem I realized it wasn't fixed. Took my truck to Senic Ford and the service guys worked diligently trying to find out what was wrong, they never once give up on me or my truck.
