Called about a water leak in the building. They said 1 emergency appointment was a week out. When I said we couldn't wait a week the woman hung up on me. Don't waste your time calling here.
We have found this company to be exceptional. Recently Justin Lowery came to assess and fix a frozen/broken pipe and faucet going from the exterior to interior of our home. We were confident and relieved he was so capable and communicated so well. We will use them again!
Super nice, friendly guy arrived and was efficient and thorough explaining every step of the way. We now have both toilets working perfectly again for a reasonable price.
Very professional. Worked hard to solve my issue. Able to solve my problem in a reasonable time frame. Reasonable price for service.
