For countless years I have had an unreasonable fear of visiting the Dentist's Office. After my first consultation visit with Dr. Tyler Prentice, I knew my fears were about to disappear. Dr. Prentice and his staff are wonderful, respectful and caring individuals and I am in such good hands. Wow! Dr. Prentice is so thorough and I can see his excitement about bringing my smile into alignment! He really loves helping people love their smile and he's got the knowledge and skill to make it happen. His team is top notch, always welcoming, professional and fun. I finished my Invisalign journey today and I am blown away with the results - go see Dr. Prentice and you will be, too!
Both of my sons go to Dr. Prentice. The staff is incredibly kind and are always willing to answer questions. It is very easy to schedule appointments. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Prentice took his time when discussing options for my sons and was thorough in his explanations. My oldest had his braces taken off today. He loves his straight teeth and beautiful smile. I would highly recommend Scenic City Orthodontics.
RecommendedDr. Prentice is knowledgeable, personable, precise, friendly, and efficient. I can’t say enough about our good experiences there. A family friend brought her daughter there on our recommendation , and they are happy as well. Once, when we had an issue that Dr. Prentice could have just dismissed and made his day shorter, he took the time to deal with it quickly, effectively, and completely for us. He didn’t have to and he didn’t add on billing. He has our family forever!

I could not recommend Dr. Prentice and his team more highly! As an adult, it was a weird thing to have braces for the first time, but they made it such an easy process! And I’ll be honest...sometimes I don’t think I was the easiest patient. Lol! They ALWAYS made sure to address my concerns seriously and thoroughly. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable during my last appointment. I’m so pleased with the care my kids have received! We are getting ready to start on our 4th kid next month and I wouldn’t choose any one other than Dr Prentice and his amazing staff! They have the latest state of the art equipment. The office is so nice and clean and inviting! And they work super hard to get the best individualized treatment for each child!

Scenic City Orthodontics has the most friendly staff! They are always professional and so kind! They are always on time which is huge to me being on such a tight schedule!
