Alaskan Coastal Brown Bear Viewing in Katmai National Park or Lake Clark National Park. Includes a bonus flight-seeing trip in a five passenger bush plane with a beach landing in the remote wilderness. These parks have no road access or facilities. We spend three hours or more with the bears then fly everyone back to Homer. With two airplanes we can now take a 2-10 people. This is an active wilderness adventure. Fantastisk tur med Martin, selv i megen blæst og regn formåede han at give os en på opleveren, og insisterede på at der måtte være Bjørne, da det ellers var første gang i 5 år han ikke havde set nogen. Og bedst som vi skulle tilbage til flyet kom der hele 2 Brunbjørne spaserende på stranden og gik lige forbi os på ca. 5m afstand.
Bear viewing at its finest. I didn’t really expect to be able to see bears as up close as we did. Martin was an amazing tour guide and was very knowledgeable and made my family and I comfortable throughout our tour. If I could only recommend one thing in Alaska, it would be this tour and I would only recommend a tour with Martin. I am forever grateful for my last over the top experience of Alaska and hope to return to Homer soon!
Definitely a trip of a lifetime! Took this tour with scenic bear viewing and got to see katmai national park. Our guide, Martin, got us up close with so many bears. Martin was very knowledgeable and a great guide. An added bonus was the air tour Martin gave on the way there and back! 100% worth it!!!
We had a great trip with Martin today from Scenic Bear Viewing ... saw several bears ... got to enjoy a pair of older sibling cubs for quite a while ...in fact , they decided to nap next to the plane so we had to wait for them to wake up ! Martin is a very nice , "down to earth" guy with a lot of flying experience so we felt very safe ... He also has a true love and respect for the bears which is admirable ... And , important to us . We will remember this trip and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Martin and Tom were wonderful!! Extremely knowledgeable and made us feel safe! We were able to see 15+ bears with little hiking. Would highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much!!! ��
