If I could give negative five stars I would, but no surprise there as I come to read the reviews. My elderly parents had to get a generator because my dad, who is a veteran, needs a ventilator to stay alive. Dominion has known about my dad’s condition since he came home from the hospital in March. Dealing with them has been the worst part of getting things set up for him. Terrible service, took down my fence and left it. No note or anything. Lose power once every couple weeks. Wish I could give them negative stars

Fantastic customer service. I had to update something with my account and the representative was kind, helpful, and efficient. It was a very easy and painless process. Every time we lose power for a storm the crews are working hard and get power restored remarkably fast. I know this is not an easy job and that most customers are probably frustrated because it's hard when you don't have power but they really do an exceptional job. Kudos!

ANIMAL HATING COMPANY! They cut power off at my boarding kennel. I tried all afternoon to pay them with venmo and it wouldnt work. After the banks closed they changed their story to needing CASH. I called with a debit card and this was not acceptable as cash so a bunch of dogs got to be without air conditioning all night. If you love animals, use another company.
