This company is horrible! the rates fluxuate from month to month, the customer service is horrible!!!! no real help at all just reading from scripts. after this review i will be reporting them with the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint. but take it from me and the rest of these reviews, Avoid this company at all cost!
I see all the negative experiences and reviews here, but I have been given great service. My ex-wife passed away a couple months ago. I called and spoke with a very nice representative and was able to transfer her account into my name so I could keep the electricity on so I could take care of the house until it was sold. I've had to call a couple other times since then and have always gotten great service. Thank you.
this is literally THE WORST company - website trash - app trash
If I could give negative five stars I would, but no surprise there as I come to read the reviews. My elderly parents had to get a generator because my dad, who is a veteran, needs a ventilator to stay alive. Dominion has known about my dad’s condition since he came home from the hospital in March. Dealing with them has been the worst part of getting things set up for him. Terrible service, took down my fence and left it. No note or anything. Lose power once every couple weeks. Wish I could give them negative stars
