I made a double payment requested a payment back they said they sent both payments back to me never received my funds and they place the balance back on my acct nobody can find where my money went and the will not remove the balance off my acct they have my money and double charging me by placing the balance back on me when they have not return my money to me very missed off
High deposit required for transferring service in the same city, insane when you’ve paid on time in full every month. Service request to end service at the end of the month was not completed, so additionally I paid for 4 weeks at a location I wasn’t living at. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do.
