Brian helped my husband and I secure our dream home the day it went on the market. He was extremely knowledgable of the area, architecture of the home, and the overall negotiation/buying process. We then used Brian and his rockstar Corbin to secure renters for our Condo they we decided to keep as well. They found us renters within 48 hours of hitting the market after their photographer took excellent pictures. Overall it was just just a joy to work with Brian and all of his team and we couldn't be happier.

They were super prompt with communications, bent out of their way to accommodate showings when we were coming into the cities on the weekends, and were transparent and honest during pricing and purchasing.
