This is a copy paste from my review for another company but scat wronged me too. Beware buying Kit 1-94170 for the SBF. It comes with icon 11cc dish pistons not the Mahle powerPak 6cc. Ordered a scat 347 rotating assembly. Came with the wrong pistons. Everywhere, even Scats website say they come with Mahle pistons with the low friction ring pack and two valve reliefs with a 6cc dish. Terrible customer service! Nobody answers the phone or responds. Been waiting for credit for a return since February. Wish there was a Zero star option!
You know I follow them on IG I like the way their seats look so I went on marketplace and found a good used set of bucket seats. So I call and try and order some sliders and mounting brackets every time I call I get put on hold or get hung up on mid conversation. Their cheap Chinese junk is way over priced took my business to TMI instead of dealing with these lames

I called Scat on a whim after having trouble finding the right kit for my sbc, and Thomas went above and beyond after weeks of back and forth to find the right parts. I dont know what's going on over there but for the last year and since they moved warehouses and merged with AFR the customer service on the SCAT side only is horrible! Wont answer the phone, wont call you back, placed on hold for over 40 minutes only to be hung up on after waiting. I've had 2 different people tell me they would order my parts and send me an email confirming the order and 3 days later NOTHING.
