You know I follow them on IG I like the way their seats look so I went on marketplace and found a good used set of bucket seats. So I call and try and order some sliders and mounting brackets every time I call I get put on hold or get hung up on mid conversation. Their cheap Chinese junk is way over priced took my business to TMI instead of dealing with these lames
Thomas Sheets is the MAN! Nothing short of amazing customer service. I called Scat on a whim after having trouble finding the right kit for my sbc, and Thomas went above and beyond after weeks of back and forth to find the right parts. I dont know what's going on over there but for the last year and since they moved warehouses and merged with AFR the customer service on the SCAT side only is horrible! Wont answer the phone, wont call you back, placed on hold for over 40 minutes only to be hung up on after waiting. I've had 2 different people tell me they would order my parts and send me an email confirming the order and 3 days later NOTHING. I call back and Thomas tells me " There is no order in the system" so we start over and still no confirmation! I can... read more
While I'm still waiting for my order to come in, I'm pleased with the customer service so far. Danny Carny has been very upfront with any expected delays and helped get my order correct. This is new to me and Danny helped me through the stuff I didn't even know to ask.
