If i could give negative 100 stars i would, they are far from professonal. The parts department does not know how to deal with customers or online orders, you ask for a manager, they hesitate so u have to call over and over. Then they dont want to fix a problem the web site said 3-4 days delivery so i pay extra for overnight just to get a call saying they don't have the part in stock and would be no more the 5 to 10 business days to deliver. 3 weeks from the order date still no part and they still charge me extra for the ove... read more
Nicely located with unorganized staff. Very difficult to communicate and deliver on time. They are always late and sorry. I feel tired of coming here
