Beware … they say they have 30 day warranty… 50km away from dealer with my Pacifica engine light came on . I was told they would pay half labour and half parts ,on something that happened on way home .. (turned out to be damaged wiring harness from replacing engine oil cooler ) I emailed to book an appointment and they never replied . . I am 2 hours away and can’t just drive there so I took van to my local garage I trust and got it fixed .. so I paid the whole bill myself ..
Very disappointed with Scarsview Chrysler. I brought my 7-month-old Jeep in because both headlights stopped working and had moisture inside. Instead of helping, the service advisor, Raheem, told me to take it back to the dealership where I purchased it, which is 1.5 hours away. He also said that if I left the Jeep at Scarsview Chrysler, it would take 10 days to diagnose or work on it. This is unacceptable customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Amir at Scarview. From start to finish, he was professional, and incredibly helpful. He delivered everything he promised, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and was always available to answer my questions. I absolutely love my Audi SQ5 it exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend asking for Amir. Thanks again for making this such a great experience!
Would actually give no star if that was possible. Was given wrong inspection price $249 when told $349 when brought it in. My 24 year old daughter had to call 4 times for update since promised call which never came. When talking to service advisor another man came looked at me turned around another man came looked at me and laughed. Asked for general nanager and Suresh Mutgulingam said he was but after mansplaining and doing nothing to correct incorrect information and terrible customer service.asked for general manager card... read more
