It is a very busy practice. The doctors are each very thorough with their physical assessments to each of their patient. The doctors and staff are very caring and work hard to accommodate each family. Behind the scenes, the doctors and staff make sure each lab results are reviewed and phone calls are called back and answered. Kudos to everyone working at Scarsdale Pediatrics Associates.
Overall OK experience. The front desk staff ( Donna ) is rude and unwelcoming. Haven’t had a negative experience with the nurses, they seem okay. The doctors are great Except for Dr. Lee. He’s often dismissive with any issues you bring up.
We went to 2 pediatric practices before Scarsdale Pediatric Associates and have had only good experiences since. Our Dr is Dr Lee but we have seen Dr Bookner many times as well - they’re both very knowledgeable and have been wonderful since our son was an infant. We love them and would only leave the practice if we moved and it was too far. You want a practice where you can trust all the doctors, not only your primary Dr, because sick visits are with whoever is available. That was our issue at a previous practice.
