Wow! I never thought I would say it but I loved going to Scarsdale Endo! I was out of town and had an old root canal that had failed and got infected. Dr. Jacobs and her staff were phenomenal! They were friendly, competent, calm and encouraging, putting me immediately at ease - great for someone like me who needs Valium just to go to a dentist for a cleaning. Dr. Jacobs was gentle and expert, and she was efficient and thorough. It was truly painless and I can't recommend her highly enough.
I was referred to Dr.Jacobs for the re-treatment of a root canal. She made the experience easy and comfortable -- explaining what the treatment involved, answering all my questions with patience and in terms I could understand. She and her staff go the extra mile to make sure the patient is comfortable. They even called the next day to see how I was after the treatment.
Dr Jacobs is Fantastic. I had a bad infection in both of my front teeth and I was recommend to her from my Dentist. At first, I did not want to go because I was afraid with this procedure, I would lose my two front teeth. I realized I could not put it off any longer. Dr Jacobs was amazing. She explained exactly what she was going to do and I would not feel a thing. She was extremely gentle and I felt nothing. The procedure was over before I knew it. Would highly recommend Dr Jacobs.
Like most people going in for a root canal, I was nervous. Very nervous. However, Dr. Jacobs and her caring staff put me right at ease. Dr. J is super patient, gentle and thorough. Her front office is beyond helpful and friendly and the assistants are top notch and lovely. It was a great experience (really) and two weeks later I am 100% pain free. 5 stars isn't enough!
From the moment we met, Dr. Jacobs became my Sherlock, committed to helping me find viable solution(s) to the pain and discomfort that I have been living with on and off for almost 4 years. That led to a retreat of a very old root canal that just 24 hours later had me free of pain and discomfort for the first time in ages. I had finally walked through the right door. In a nutshell, Dr. Jacobs is an outstanding and thoughtful practitioner, that very rare combination of head, hands and heart.
Provides excellent care
Dr. Jacobs is the best of the best! I had two root canals done and I have never been more comfortable in a dental chair in my life. Dr. Jacobs took amazing care of me. She was extremely gentle and thorough. I did not feel any pain throughout the whole visit. Dr. J explained everything clearly so I had no further questions when leaving the office. Root canals are unfortunate but if you need one, Dr. Jacobs is the way to go!
from the moment i called the office to book it was a great experience! As soon as i walked into the office i was greeted with a welcoming smile. no wait time Dr. Arielle was amazing! very nice and welcoming She explained exactly what she is going to do and she promised i will not feel a thing! and i didn't!! Now im going around telling people that i had a root canal and they should go get one too! Great experience and I would Highly Recommended her!!!
Dr. Jacobs is truly wonderful! Her staff is extremely friendly, informative and easy to talk to. They are very helpful and sweet!! The office is beautiful. It isup to date clean and organized!! I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I felt like I have known them for longer than just the 2 visits I had. Dr. Jacobs is so kind ..gentle andreally cares about the patients comfort level which is really important to me. Amazing overall experience!!!
