I'm in complete shock the two women who answer the phone are very rude. I asked for an apt, and she asked which insurance I have and stated it was not accepted. Stated I would pay out of pocket as I've never had this issue in over 5 years of using my insurance all over the US. She hung up. I called back, and her colleague backed her up, stating they were not rude and refused me care or service. The doctors here need to be aware that his gate keepers are sending away paying clients.
