I do not reside at Scarlett Place anymore, but have had some loose ends that I needed to tie up and Ms. Nicole has been NOTHING short of amazing, wonderful, extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She is an ABSOLUTE GEM and I could not have gotten done what I needed without her. She has been consistent and very professional and has absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I just appreciate her so much.

After my apartment flooded to no fault of mine, I felt neglected and pushed to the side. My apartment was not treated the way it should have been after a flood. I was told to confine myself and my 2 year old son to our rooms only. Code enforcement was forced to come out and help me with the issue. Property manager Vanessa has no empathy at all for the situation. They have a cockroach problem. I stayed on the bottom level and the cockroaches would come from the vent. I reported this to the manager at the time clans she admitted she knew of the issue. Plus when it rains a lot rain would enter in from the front door into the dining room area. It was a blessing to have a place to stay but not nearly worth the price and the issues with coxk roaches. I believe my unit was infested with black spiders. I killed a spider one morning and like 10 baby spiders came from it I never saw anything ... read more
