These are the worst apartments I’ve live in they have ridiculous BUGS . They will harass you if you not giving them what they wants . The amount of times I’ve been harassed by staff is crazy please run far !!!
Ms. Vanessa and Ms .Nicole are very pleasant and work with anybody that comes in for help regarding moving in / already In the apartment, and truly appreciate them for having patience and understanding with my moving in process .
Vanessa and Nicole made my move incredibly smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had after settling in.
As many others said Nicole is awesome. She came not too long after Ms. Lashon left. I encountered Deborah briefly BUT this new person Vanessa approach is horrible. I don't like her approach and appeared to come off as very untrustworthy. She does NOT bring the same energy as the other and I really really hate that Lashon left omg. I see already by her tone, approach and and what I have heard the workers already having issues with this Vanessa lady. So the leasing manager tried to have my car towed without notice. My car runs and is drivable. Only issue was my tire was flat. Now mind you there’s a white dodge charger parked in the front of building 31 that’s clearly abandoned for almost 2years and they came and targeted me. My car was in the back. I moved my car April 24 and for some reason I haven’t seen them attempt to take that abandoned white dodge charger yet that’s in front of building 31.
