These are some of the best apartments I have lived in. I first moved in May of 2024. Ms. Nicole was always such the biggest help and always answered any problem I may have had. I moved out almost a year ago and still keep in touch and still the same energy! Considering moving back! I loved the community. Clean and family oriented :)
I toured the Scarlett Place Apartments today. Upon arrival in the leasing office I received a professional and hospitable reception by the entire leasing personnel in the office. Nicole and Cherelle were phenomenal and answered my questions and were very patient with me.
I do not reside at Scarlett Place anymore, but have had some loose ends that I needed to tie up and Ms. Nicole has been NOTHING short of amazing, wonderful, extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She is an ABSOLUTE GEM and I could not have gotten done what I needed without her. She has been consistent and very professional and has absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I just appreciate her so much.
