All I did was my initial intake meeting. I’ve had countless initial intake meetings with health professionals before and this was awful. The billing department does not know how to submit claims. When you try to work with them to figure out the situation, they rudely state that they won't talk to you, you need to talk to third party billing company. However, it took several attempts to find out that they use a third party billing company. They did not reveal that at first. We have been seeing Dr. Nourbash for our son Mark for many years. Simply our favorite doctor who gives attention, care, time, and direction. Dr. Nourbash promptly addressed and expedited testing and care for a recent health issue our son had. Could not ask for more from a doctor.

The lady seems too old to be practicing medicine. She barely touched on the reason we were there in the first place! She was entirely focused on the conditions that were related to the pharmaceutical medications displayed in her waiting area! Ive got 1 thing to say about that #$$kickbacks$$. Dr. Bromley is very thorough and gives you the time and attention that you need. He is also very intelligent and knows his craft very well. I have been misdiagnosed by other physicians in the past. Dr. Bromley is aggressively working me up for a diagnosis while attempting treatment. I have not felt this good in many years. I am very thankful for him. He is a blessing! I am also a healthcare provider. I’m very impressed with him and refer patients to him because I know he will help.
Dr Lubin is like a superhero to us - she is the absolute best & has been so helpful to our family! We are so grateful for her expert care!
My experience was wonderful. Had a major surgery on my wrist and the surgery went great. I found that Dr. Battersby psychologically prepared me for the procedure. He was gentle and explained thoroughly every step of the procedure. His office staff has always been professional and helpful. His appointments normally ran on time.If you are contemplating the idea of looking for an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Battersby is the best in this part of the state.
Dr. Lubin is thoughtful, considerate and takes her time when addressing any needs for my daughter. I trust her with everything and she's had a wealth of knowledge. She cares about her patients.
