After reading the review posted by JB in 2018 I will state that I agree 1000%. Horrible experience. They also refuse to be shown, even by their own billing company, that the office staff is wrong. They are belittling and extremely rude.
I’d give zero stars if I could. The people in this office are extremely rude and the doctor is as well. They are very impatient and try to cut corners. They talk down to patients and families. Save yourself the trouble and find yourself a compassionate physician that doesn’t try to bully you or make you and your family feel incompetent for asking questions.
