I brought my son here because he needed some real dental work done. When he had trouble putting his tongue in the right spot the dentist snapped at him. When he told her she was hurting him, she proceeded to point her finger in his face and yell at him. We immediately left and won’t be back. I cannot believe a professional, who works daily with children, behaved this way. I hope she doesn’t treat all of her patients this way.
I told someone down there that I was on probation and can't have anything that would show up on a drug test and this person there told me "We don't prescribe stimulants for pain" then I was given what I was told was Tylenol but not that it had codeine in it. I would be in jail right now if I didn't notice before I started talking it. They should know that any opiates will show up the same on a urine screening and would look like heroin or fentanyl. This office never lets me down. They are great about getting you in as soon as they can and always friendly and professional!
I went there while I was pregnant & had a root canal done & some fillings. They left gaps between my crown & other teeth. & they filed down my top teeth so much to the point they’re flat. They left my teeth hurting for 10 months straight. I kept going back hoping they would fix the issue & they never did. When I told them I was not going back they tried so hard to get me back in there so they can “fix the issue” when they had almost a year to do so. I don’t recommend. They seem to only do a half ass job.
Great team! Every six months I troop in with 4 kids and two adults and they are always patient and accommodating. My kids have never whined about going to the dentist because of their great staff!
