Took my watch in for repair, jewler was helpful and friendly
I needed to have the wrist band of my watch adjusted. Eugene did it on the spot and refused to charge me a fee. A true gentleman and a master of his craft.
Reasonably priced for watch battery replacement. Friendly service.
I got a quote for the replacement of the glass on my watchface - standard 35mm, at Mister Mint for $50 and it would take a week. So i thought I would support a family business instead. I called initially and spoke to the owner, lovely chap. However, it took almost 3 weeks and cost $20 more and then the owner said "ohh ir was ready a week or so ago but I had time off" Also, business hours on website say 9am Saturday morning, but they actually open at 10 so was inconvenienced by turning up at 9.
Eugene has to be the fastest watch maker we have ever used. It only took one week for him to fix my clock.
