I had a great experience getting my watch band lengthened with two extra links added. I dropped it off at 11:30am and it was ready for pickup by 1pm. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I got a quote for the replacement of the glass on my watchface - standard 35mm, at Mister Mint for $50 and it would take a week. So i thought I would support a family business instead. I called initially and spoke to the owner, lovely chap. However, it took almost 3 weeks and cost $20 more and then the owner said "ohh ir was ready a week or so ago but I had time off" Also, business hours on website say 9am Saturday morning, but they actually open at 10 so was inconvenienced by turning up at 9.
