Very thorough and informative, I think that this is a great practice.
I left a VM on a Saturday stating I had a concern about my eyes (non-emergency). I received a call from the office Monday morning. At 11:15 that day I was seen by a doctor. Today is Tuesday and the concern is already better. Great service, great results. I have also purchased over a dozen pairs of glasses from them over the last two decades. Thumbs up.
