I am new to the area. I am originally from the Houston area. I have been to many spas in the area looking for a place that can accommodate my needs and relax at the same time. I have been seeing Amy for the past year. She does the best job with my brows and my skin has never looked better. I love the staff and look forward to getting more services done.
While the services provided here are very nice, the customer service is garbage. If something goes wrong here, don't expect them to make it right. I was planning my wedding and had a make-up trial scheduled. They scheduled me with someone unavailable on my wedding day! I find this out after I've taken off work and paid for a make-up trial. I asked them to make my next make-up trial with the girl who was available for my wedding day free, but they refused, saying I had canceled an appointment previously and they didn't charge... read more
