I really did enjoy their community and stuff, until my bike got stolen. They were really unhelpful and just seemed like they didn't care. As a 15 year old losing a $700 dollar bike is a big deal, I don't have a job. I recently got notice they closed the case since the security cameras couldn't view the culprits face, even though it's right infront of where my bike was parked. Extremely disappointed, I canceled my membership.

I lost my $700 dollar bike on the bike rack despite it being near a huge intersection and right next to the entrance, while being right next to the camera, yet they won't let me see the footage? The employees should see the bike getting stolen, there should be a bouncer outside letting people inside with memberships while also seeing the bikes.

Great gym, good swimming pool, great people, large facility, friendly staff (when I was coming here), good sports teams (both basketball and floor hockey) and a well maintained track. I used the scarborough ymca for several years and can honestly say not only is it a great place to spend a large part of my childhood it was also a great place to make new friends. 5/5 stars from me
