I am not a member but just visited this place and observed a lot of activities for adults, seniors and youth. Clean, help desk was supportive, vending machines and washrooms available. The waiting area was well kept and ambience was good.

Nov 3, 2025 I am a long term member and recently I went to visit it was raining and halling.We silde the card and it was not working we pushed the request button and the customer service was inconsiderate.In the Middle of hall and rain,the staff was asking us for our phone number. And we expose ourselves for accident, please tell the staff to be mindfull and considerate.
pretty decent gym! front desk staff seem nice. great for short term when you don’t want to pay for other commercial gyms + their annual fee. it can get pretty hot sometimes though. evenings get pretty busy. went here with my friend and some middle aged man in a bright blue shirt was really cranky and rushing our sets on a machine we were unfamiliar with, despite just using it for 2 minutes. not sure if he was a part of some staff/volunteer or not as some others had the same shirt. no need to be rude to people!
