Recommendedvery small, very clean room. Right across from the beach. Perfect for a weekend at the beach.
Musty smelling , room was clean and location good but sttention to detail does it for me Wet door mats from the AC Old ashtrays strewn about the outside of the rooms
Third visit it here dropping my daughter at URI. Beautiful location right across from beach. Clean rooms and nice staff Very happy hear. Plan to always come back!

I love this place! It's nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and the staff very attentive. I especially appreciate getting one of the rooms with a view of the ocean. Nothing better for my land-locked soul than going to sleep with the sound of the surf and waking up with a view of the beach.
