reception was great, kind and friendly, the doctors was amazing!!!! the nurses both I had to deal with was sooooo rude and inconsiderate I would not recommend this place if I had to have them 2 be my nurses, their bedside manor was awful, not friendly at all!!!
The people are amazing and they make you feel comfortable
The experience here was like night and day compared to at MMC. Every staff member was courteous, kind, patient, respectful, and professional. My mom was in excellent hands for her surgery. We especially want to recognize her recovery nurse, Angela for her exceptional care. Thank you for making this stressful experience the best it could be.
This place is amazing. Find it hard to believe anyone would give less than a four star. Reception was fast and easy. Julie was my first nurse who got me prepared fur surgery. Dr. Brown was my anesthesiologist and he was very professional and caring. The center was clean and very modern. There was a sign in the waiting room that gave families an estimate of when their family members surgery will be done. My pac nurse was very caring and professional. Angela was her name.
I don't even like this place they could have done better.
If I could 5 star rate this place 100 times I would. The staff were all so attentive and friendly. Dr.Roediger is a truly remarkable man and is so good at explaining things and making his patients feel safe and comfortable. I am so thankful I chose MMP for my healthcare! �
