They sometimes shut off the reception ( closed their windows) earlier than their posted time schedule for break time and if you have problems like u talk time talking to them or repeatedly ask for things and in the process speak slowly the recipti9n alley gets impatient and rudely shuts off the window in your face . I’ve went here over an over decade ago and was shocked to see a nurse Mulwendo (sorry of if I butchered your name) after all these years, it was a pleasant surprise we chat will getting my routine check up, felt so humanly lol I say that because most visits are transactional which so okay but we’re not robots. I felt super comfy & she was always like that & I’ve went there in my teens & im almost 30 now. Very clean establishment & font desk staff very helpful.
I was in time, why can't they be on time? I've never been 30 min late for anything in my life. Garbage service.
Called 3 times to set up an appointment, no answer. Tried another day and no answer. I was so frustrated, gave up, had to try other clinics instead. They’re clearly deliberately not answering the phone.
it is hard trying to get an appointment because they don’t pick up the phone…
